Glukosa<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glukosa \u2192 C6H12O6\u00a0\u2192 dekstrosa\/gula anggur\/gula darah<\/li>\n<li>Banyak terdapat dalam anggur dan darah.<\/li>\n<li>Mempunyai sifat mereduksi :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Larutan fehling\u00a0\u2192 endapan merah bata<\/p>\n<p>Larutan tollens\u00a0\u2192 cermin perak<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industri permen atau biscuit<\/li>\n<li>Tingkat kemanisan 0,74 x gula pasir tetapi mempunyai sifat tetap keras dan tidak higroskopis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monosakarida &#8211; Perbedaan inilah yg menyebabkan tubuh kita hanya mampu mencerna amilum dan tidak mampu mencerna selulosa.<\/li>\n<li>Terdapat pada serat kayu, rayon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Glikogen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zat makanan cadangan dlm tubuh manusia\/hewan.<\/li>\n<li>Merupakan rangkaian dari glukosa.<\/li>\n<li>Glikogen terbentuk dr kelebihan glukosa (oleh insulin) dlm tubuh\u00a0\u2192 disimpan dalam otot\u00a0\u2192 diuraikan kembali jika kurang bahan bakar glukosa.<\/li>\n<li>Penderita diabetes (insulin rusak)\u00a0\u2192 glukosa dlm darah tidak dapat diubah menjadi glikogen\u00a0\u2192 kadar glukosa dlm darah meningkat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dekstrin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dekstrin adalah hasil antara pada proses hidrolisis amilum sebelum terbentuknya maltose.<\/li>\n<li>Amilum\u00a0\u2192 dekstrin
